It was my first time coming here and it was great! Their beef bone broth is delicious. It’s light and well seasoned. I highly recommend getting beef, tripe, shrimp paste and fish paste. I’m quite impressed that their fish balls have fillings in them. Their fish tofu light and not too floury. They have a variety of meat but not so much vegetables. Their handmade noodles is a must try when you come here.

Our family from China said it is authentic. I don’t quite have the knack for the spices but it was still good. The cost is $32 per person.

Had dinner here tonight and it was great. Great protein, veggie and noodle options. Loved the sauce station. We also enjoyed the dumplings and sesame balls. Would definitely recommend.

Such a great place! Highly recommend! All you can eat for a great price you can’t beat. The beef bone broth is delicious. We added spicy to ours and got a level 3 and it was pretty spicy so if you’re not used to it I’d get a 1 or 2. The beef roll meat was great quality and their homemade noodles are a must try! Dumplings are extra charge but so worth it. Only down side is when they refill your broth they refill with hot water so it does water down the flavor. Fabulous place overall and will be coming again! Service got a 4 because we waited a while at the front desk to pay because all of the staff was in the back. However the staff are friendly and whenever you ask for more of anything they are very nice to bring it to you!

Went back to this place twice under new (way better) ownership, both experience were very pleasant. Once with family, once with co-workers for lunch. Which I was surprised that not many people go there, the soup base is way better than J’s mini hotpot, they gave more variety of food and portions are big too, all for only $10!!!!!!

As a hot pot lover and weekly hot pot consumer, Chuan Yu all around, is the best hot pot in GA! Some people in this group have given this place negative reviews. (Some people actually called me out bc they had a bad experience) But I honestly think it’s because they don’t know how/what to order.

Very fun experience. My first time at a hot pot restaurant. This place is all you can eat. They give you a menu, you pick a broth from four broths. I picked beef both Then you go to a bar and select your seasonings and oils. I thought it was a great selection. Add these to your broth. Your selected meats and vegetables arrive and you cook them in the broth. I had lamb and beef. Both sliced really thin, they cook in about a minute or two. It was delicious. There are some very daring items on the menu, like brains and intestines, but I played it safe, potatoes, mushrooms and such. Loved it, looking forward to going back.

Service is horrible, lady was rude and didn’t understand English and there was no one there to help with the language barrier, basic bar for sauce bar, can drink is $2 and a bottle is $3.50, online said $25.99 per person but the paper inside $31.99 not bad for all you can eat, you have to share your pot with other’s which is not what I expected, waste of travel and time. Find a better place not worth the money.
