Worst customer service I have ever encountered. The boys all have air pods and make pizzas, leave one young man to take them all out, cut and box. They never recognize patrons that come in and wait for their orders that say ready but takes an additional 20 minutes to get.

I went to Domino’s pizza at this location and went inside to place an order. I asked them how long will it take, they said about 20 minutes, I went back to my car and came back within 15 minutes. Sat down for about 10 minutes and asked was my pizza ready, he looked and it was ready. Really, you knew I was waiting on the pizza and you took my order. Bad customer service. But the pizza was good.

BUY FROM SOME PIZZA STORE AT UBER. Dont’t order here. Don’t order from this place, I’d just suggest going through uber because they won’t ever give you your order. I ordered and three hours later they hadn’t gotten me my pizza. I called them and they kept on saying that ‘we’ll have your order soon’. i ended up cancelling.

This domino’s use to be great and fast, but now it’s slow and pizza doesn’t taste the same any more. I placed my order at 8:43PM eta for delivery was 60- 100 minutes. Which was fine, I understand it’s was busy. By 10PM I went ahead and made my own frozen pizza and wings because I couldn’t wait anymore. At 11:29 is when the pizza arrived. I tried to call and cancel my order because I had already ate, but no answer. This is ridiculous that I had to wait that long for my food. And to just send me an offer to get an extra pizza is a slap in the face because the quality and service is terrible. I am definitely done with this place.

Delivery usually takes 2.5-3 hrs unless you order by 430. Even then your lucky to get it by 6. Delivery drivers can be incredibly rude if you’re upset about a 3 hour wait time. Even when I pickup it’s still a lengthy process and the only phone number for them is a phone tree / automated nightmare that eventually tells you nobody is available to help you and ends the call.
