We ordered inside at our table. We got our drinks quickly. The food never came. After 20 minutes, I went to the counter. They acted like it had been sent out. One employee said “we sent that out 15 minutes ago.” I told her we never got it. We only got our drinks. So they ring us up for another order. 20 minutes go by. STILL NO ORDER. at this point I am very frustrated. We go back to the counter and they have lost our order for a second time. My husband demanded a refund, which they granted. But there was no urgency and no one seemed to care that our order had been lost twice. It’s very disappointing.

Not sure what her name was but the lady that brought out our food was so sweet and got us extra chicfila sauce and a cup of whipped cream for my dog when I asked. Great service, they had a huge rush come in but the gentleman that took my order was so kind and told me not to rush and to take my time ordering.

I was excited to use a free breakfast sandwich coupon and was rushing to get there before 10:30am when breakfast ended. I was in line but didn’t get to the checkout until 10:31. I went to order my sandwich and coffee, but the young man at the register informed me I couldn’t. He turned and asked two females at the register and drink station next to him who echoed the refusal. I understand it’s not a big deal, but it was one minute. That’s not usual Chick-fil-A service. I’m disappointed and would have loved to leave a 5-star review, but I might start going to the other location.

These guys are on top of it! We came right as breakfast ended and lunch started. A few of us wanted breakfast and a few wanted lunch so we were able to accommodate everyone by waiting a few minutes. Delicious food and nice service.

I come to this location 2-3 times a week. I’ve noticed that the mobile line has gotten very very slow. I just waited 15 minutes in a mobile line with only 3 people in front of me. I get my food within that time frame at a sit down restaurant. I think management really needs to focus on making this a much quicker process.

Love Chick-fil-A but not this location. I just don’t have a good experience here. My food is always skimpy. The wait is always long. I try to give them the benefit of the doubt because it’s Chick-fil-A of course there is going to be a wait. But the one on Charlotte Pike gets me in and out. The people are lovely at this location, but don’t come here in a rush because you will be waiting.

Brought our food to the table without condiments requested and fries were cold and then the cashier gave a 2 yesr old Sweet and Spicy Saraka dip and we asked for sweet and sour. As my 2 yesr old starts crying I realize what had happened and ask for the manager. The manager was a child who merely said what sauce can I get you? I was just very displeased with everything.

Some constructive criticism because I love chicky. Re: the mobile-thru at this location: waited in that line for the longest time I ever have at a Chick-fil-A.. and then got my order but there were still 7 cars sitting in front of me waiting for theirs so I was just stuck in line. No one likes cold fries!
