Food and service was amazing! I ate so much! The place is clean and staff are always friendly and accommodating. We go to this restaurant approximately once a month, probably more times a month if we lived closer. The atmosphere is amazing when bringing young children. My children love this place because of the fire truck and fire fighter decorations. I would def recommend friends and family to go here for lunch or dinner

Great tasting subs. The taste will make you forget subway and Quiznos. Tried several items on the menu and all are amazing. Can’t go wrong here.

This place will be closed soon unless they make some changes. I would have talked with a manager… except there were no managers on staff. There were two guys working, only one of which was doing anything. There were 5 customers waiting on their sub when I walked in. I waited 20 minutes, and all 5 of the others were still waiting as well. I asked for a refund as my sub hadn’t even been started yet. They couldn’t figure out how to refund me, and they couldn’t get ahold of a manager to help them. I ended up leaving with no food and no refund. Big changes needed. Always great subs, but the management and training needs to be changed. Won’t be going back until they get it together.

My worst Firehouse experience came today. The staff weren’t impolite or rude, just very slow. We ordered at 11:59 A.M. and didn’t have our sandwiches until 12:55 P.M. I was so confused because even at busy locations I’ve never had to wait more than 15 minutes for a sandwich and it wasn’t that busy when we came in. Sandwiches tasted good but were cold and never got toasted. I’m not going to degrade the staff for the lack of speed, but I just cannot justify waiting nearly an hour for a sandwich. I will not be going to back to this location.

Issues are the same as the other reviewers. 2 people working and causing over 30 minutes of waiting to get your food along with a bunch of other people. Then to find out they are out of a number of ingredients and the icing on the cake… They made the wrong size for some of your sandwiches. The cost and time of coming here are way too high.

Great subs and great variety. Thanks for bringing back the hot sauces. The little packets are a great idea. I like they post the calories for each size of the different subs, very helpful to me. Thanks for taking care of the first responders and us military people. UPDATE: still doing a nice job. I’m waiting on the next sandwich special or a new sub roll.

This place has true potential, food is great. Staff is very slow, one kid watched his co workers work while he sat there with a blank look on his face. Not sure if he was training or what was going on up there. Waited 30 min for two small subs with a very small line.

Terrible staff. Very rude and extremely slow. We ordered 2 subs and both where made incorrectly. Missing items on the subs and an upcharge for extra meat when there shouldn’t have been. We waited 30 minutes for our subs. Seriously disappointed. Won’t be back.

Never had a firehouse craft a sandwich so poorly out of all the firehouses I’ve been to. If I’m spending 30$ on two subs it should be well worth it! No napkins and soda machine was lacking syrup!
