Just left Denny’s and ordered the red, white, and blue pancakes and they weren’t prepared properly they left off the cream cheese icing. Which was the whole point of ordering the pancakes, very disappointed. I called and advised of the mistake and the response I received was they forgot it and had it in the side and did not put it in the bag. Which was still the wrong answer. Because it is supposed to be prepared with the cream cheese icing. I was disappointed with this order and the pancakes did not give what is was supposed to give.

This is the second time I’ve eaten at this Denny’s and it was amazing both times! I can’t say enough good things about this restaurant in Tempe! The food was outstanding and visually appealing to boot! I had the cinnamon roll pancakes the first time and the bourbon chicken skillet the second time. The cinnamon roll pancakes looked just like the picture which was very impressive and tasted scrumptious. The bourbon chicken skillet was flavorful with fresh ingredients and was sizzling as it was delivered to the table. This is something I would expect at a Michelin star restaurant and I was blown away I got this kind of food at my local Denny’s. The service was wonderful as well and the manager even stopped over to see how everything was tasting. I highly recommend you stop in to this Denny’s and give them a chance to impress you. My server was Melissa and you should definitely ask for her by name. The restaurant was clean and well stocked. The staff worked together like a well oiled machine getting the food and drinks out super fast.

My family and I were so impressed with our exceptional dining experience at this particular Denny’s! We noticed the cleanliness throughout the entire restaurant straightaway and the atmosphere was very warm and inviting! Our server Wendy was outstanding! She was very thoughtful and efficient! She went above and beyond in accommodating our unique dietary specifications/restrictions. With her extensive menu knowledge we were able can to easily identify the most ideal meal option! The suggestions she made were spot on and the food was delicious! The best Grand Slam ever! 🙂

Wendy was AMAZING!! She was so fast and attentive. Every time I come I always request to sit in her area. This place has a great sense of community. All you see are people who know the staff. Even the manager comes out and fist bumps the loyal customers. GREAT STAFF!!

We enjoyed our meal. Food was delicious kudos to cook! Server great but could tell very busy. Would have been a better review had the manager not been just sitting at the counter on her phone while the staff was taking care of all the customers. She needs more coaching on customer service. Tried to get her attention but she had her face buried on her phone unaware I was even there!
