Bojangles, particularly this one, has gone way downhill in the food. The chicken supremes are tiny. The seasoned fries, well, one had seasoning on it at all. The biscuits are always dry and cold, clearly sitting around a long time. The sugar free soda we ask for is always regular soda. And the sweet potato pies are always burnt to the point of drying out all the filling, if there’s much filling in there to begin with. A 4-supreme combo and a little pie cost nearly $13, and it wasn’t close to a filling meal. Yikes, it’s not Bo time anymore.

For bojangles this place is good. The service is always very quick and the food is normally hot and fresh. Inside could be a little cleaner and the inside server a little nicer-but for bojangles it’s one of the best ones.

I’m not impressed with this Bojangles. I wanted a chicken sandwich that was not spicy. The lady in the drive thru told me they had one that wasn’t spicy. I ordered mayo, lettuce, and pickles. Was going to eat it in the parking lot. Opened it and it had mayo,lettuce and bacon. I was just going to eat it anyway but broke off a peice and it was Cajun. Took it back inside and another lady said all their sandwiches were Cajun. I like spicy but not spicy chicken. I derided to get chicken tenders with buffalo ranch sauce instead. Got to the car and had regular ranch sauce so I had to go back in and get the right sauce. I just moved to the area and this won’t be a place that I eat. On top of that, the lady at the drive through just shoved the food out the window and looked the other way. No thank you or anything. Very poor service.

The absolute worst bojangles I’ve ever been to. If you like stale fries with no salt or seasoning, cold biscuits, and undercooked bacon then this place is for you. The only good thing about it is how consistent they are at being terrible at their jobs. The manager will gaslight you if you have any complaints and make it out to be your fault

After 10:00pm they do not sell nothing but Supremes and Fries, that would have been good to know before I wasted my time. This is the first time I have heard that, I guess they do not care to make money after 10:00pm.
