I ordered the Chef’s salad, it was so good, it came with lots of meat and ingredients! Huge portion, fresh tomatoes/lettuce/ham etc, really worth the price! I was so full after this big salad! I think it will cost probably $25 in LA, but they only charger $9!

Very disappointed. We got a simple grilled cheese that was soggy. The bread was hardly toasted and the sandwich was totally limp. Also got a reuben and it was awful. Bread was super soggy, hardly toasted, corned beef was dried out, paper thin and hard to chew. Barely any cabbage. I honestly had to pull sandwich apart to make sure it wasn’t forgotten. Completely tasteless. Also got 2 milkshakes that were mostly milk. In fact, you could barely taste the flavor because there was so much milk in them. I NEVER complain and feel guilty doing so now, but to pay $30 for this is very disappointing, especially since I didn’t eat even a quarter of mine and my son tossed almost half of his in the garbage. We usually enjoy eating here so maybe they are just having an off night.

Love this place! Wishing I could bring the whole place back home with me it was that awesome. Food was delicious and for a killer price. We were able to get drinks as well from the lounge downstairs and they brought it right to us. Also really amazing price. Our server was also super kind and cheerful. 10/10 would be back if I’m ever in the area again.

Great local family restaurant upstairs and a nice lounge downstairs. Good classic American comforts foods. I’ve been to breakfast twice. The chicken fried steak is yummy! I also had a hot roast beef sandwich that was spot on. The staff has been very friendly every visit. It’s my new go to hometown day off happy spot!

Food was pretty straightforward. I was impressed w/ the steak and its quality for such a low price! The mashed potato’s however, weren’t really mashed, and there was no seasoning on them. The restaurant overall is just kind of old and rundown. I was happy with the service. Probably won’t be one of the places I go on a regular basis.
