If you are expecting food when you pull up to the window, forget it. After taking your money, you pull up to the window where they hand you your beverages and then tell you to pull into a parking spot and they will bring it out. Even if there is no one behind you!! It is a rare occasion that your food will accompany your beverages. When questioned on why you have to pull into a spot, they told me that it “messes up” their order timers. What this means is they are fabricating false times for upper management. Service has become horrible, even the shift manager was nasty and told me she has the right to refuse service because I asked why I had to pull up. Never again.

Decent food. One star because Found a hair in our shake, asked kindly for it to be replaced and they did. We ordered a 2 for $7, mozzarella sticks and nuggets. We got a roast beef sandwich instead. Overall edible food.

Usually go through the drive through here, everyone is always very friendly . Quick service. They have the best salad out of any of the fast food restaurants around this area in my opinion. Crispy Chicken Salad with Balsamic is the way to goooooo.

Stopped through Drive through for a Jamocha shake. VERY, VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!! First let me say the young lady in the drive through was very nice. When I received the shake it tasted like vanilla. Not Mocha AT ALL!!!! When I took it back she was very nice about it. The second one was the same. Tasted likes vanilla. When I took it back a second time the manager was very indignant. I explained how I look forward to this every summer and she thought I mistaken about the drink I wanted because the Jamocha shake is available all year. Might be, but I look forward to it for a summer drink. I WILL NEVER GO AGAIN. She did refund my money , but had the young lady in the drive through window give it to me, It was my choice to go back to the window. I wish I new her name. She was very sweet. It was this young lady who apologized. NOT THE MANAGER. I deal with the public everyday and I am very humble no matter what!

I tried the new garlic ribeye steak sandwich. To sum it up in one word: disappointing. The meat was gray as if it had been sitting around for a while. The curly fries were only luke warm. This $12 meal will not happen again. The cashier, Karen (yes that is her name) was very pleasant. The renovated sitting area is attractive.

New mac and cheese was gross. I was upset that they only filled it half way for 2.99 but after I tasted it I was just plan upset. White cheddar cheese? Not at all. I’d also like to add the place is usually a mess and staff acts like they don’t care about you or your food.

Went there around 9:30pm Monday. I’m usually extremely satisfied with arbys but this time I wasn’t. I got a beer and cheddar with curly fries. I asked for extra red ranch. The fries were cold and stale. The sandwich had so much red ranch sauce is made a mess of the wrapper and overpowered the sandwich that I couldn’t eat it. Wasted about $8 for food I couldn’t eat. I understand as a former fast food worker that customer that come in right before close is annoying but at least make the food edible.
