The food was amazing! All the dishes we ordered were rich in flavor. The portion was generous. We ordered Brussels sprouts, roasted pork belly as appetizers. They were beyond good! Seafood pasta was excellent with fresh seafoods, the taste was just right for us, not too salty or greasy. Two of us shared the above dishes and we were very satisfied. On top of that, our server was super accommodating, he was very nice and friendly, even treat us chocolate cakes for the birthday boy I wasn’t expecting much because of the reviews. But we are so glad we went!

While I was visiting Palm Springs area in CA, I visited Lantana for breakfast. It is located inside the Hyatt Regency in Indian Wells. They had a large indoor space and also a very nice outdoor seating. Since it was a nice weather, we decided to sit outside. It was nicely shaded and decorated beautifully. Very relaxing atmosphere, making you take a long, deep breath to take it all in.

We carried out food from Lantana and were very satisfied with the quality. The following dishes were especially delicious: Brussels sprouts, cauliflower in creamy sauce, Gouda Mac and cheese, Burata salad. We also ordered a vegetarian posole but did not care for it. I would come back and eat there again

This restaurant seems to practice racial profiling in this day and age. There is a special section in the back dedicated to their Asian clientele. We were made to walk past rows of empty seats in the primarily Caucasian ‘section’ and were seated next to 3 other asian families. Oh yea… the food was mediocre at best.

Got a strawberry smoothie bowl here, but it was actually just strawberry yogurt. Very disappointing as I was looking forward to a healthy breakfast but instead got something full of dairy and loaded with added sugar, was hoping for real fruit when ordering a smoothie bowl. The dish should definitely be advertised as a parfait and it’s weird that they’re trying to pass it off as a smoothie. Eggs Benny was also dry, chicken sausage was flavourless. Save your money and go to a local breakfast spot instead of this place. I just paid $12 for a bowl of yogurt

The food is pretty great, but don’t order the salad at dinner. When we ordered it there was dirt in it,it wasn’t washed.

While staying at the resort, Lantana can be convenient. However, there is a ridiculous amount of great restaurants nearby that offer an overall better value.

As with many restaurants attached to hotels, there is nothing unique about the main dishes. They serve some of the common meals you will find in any expensive restaurant attached to a hotel. They did do an excellent job of preparing my seared scallops.

We ate here as guests of the Hyatt Regency Indian Wells. The restaurant had great service and a nice outdoor patio. The food was mediocre. Not the level you’d expect for the price or the look. Our starter pizza looked so unappealing I should have sent it back, but I was so hungry I ate around the edges. When you picked up a slice, all the cheese ran off. My husband said it looked like a tortilla you’d microwave at home with cheddar cheese. And that’s what it tasted like. My husband got flank steak, which he said tasted okay but it wasn’t cooked medium rare as he’d requested..grey coloring throughout. I had the scallops, and they were good. Big and cooked nicely. The ricotta underneath was too cheesy for me, but I bet many people would have loved it. Much better quality food elsewhere in palm springs.

You can never go wrong eating at the Lantana. It is a very nice venue for either breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Services is great, good veriaty of meal options, and outstanding views. I can’t say much about this place so you have to visit. Neil was amazing at assisting me for breakfast.
