We arrived at 9:22 PM after leaving a graduation. We are in from out of town and were SO excited to have Penn Station! The dots were locked and employees cleaning. We saw at least four employees inside. They all turned their backs, did not respond to the knock on the door, or when I honked to tell my husband to just give up. Another car pulled up next to us shortly after and they were VERY upset. This is terrible business and so disappointing. We then called the store in Upper Arlington so e we could order ahead and pickup. They weren’t answering their phone. This area has a serious issue with their stores!

Dear Penn Station, I hate leaving 2 star reviews but sometimes things just aren’t right and you should do better. I understand that employee shortages are the new norm so I can overlook the fact that both restrooms were out of order, the air-duct return was covered in 2 inches of dust and half the tables are out of order (or taped off) but when it comes to the food I gotta call you out. I brought the family in for a delicious bite to eat on the way the the airport. I was craving either a Cheesesteak or the Teriyaki chicken. I noticed this months special was the Founders Choice Cheesesteak (extra cheese and a splash of teriyaki). Win win, right! Nope. I ordered the large (just like the advertisement), onions, mushrooms & peppers. Upgraded to large fries, so my dinner was $20. I’ve included pictures of the Monthly Special, my food and the receipt. Please take a minute to compare. Sad over this experience!

It was ok. The wait was long and the workers were more into talking to each other, but they were nice when talking to us. The food was just ok as well, very greasy and not well proportioned. Felt like just eating a lot of oily bread. Tables weren’t cleaned well and neither was the bathroom. Perhaps it was an off night as usually this place is pretty good.

Terrible service. Used to be good. Sent me a coupon in the mail, they confiscated the coupon and told me it’s not a real coupon. Wouldn’t honor it. Incredibly rude staff.

This has got to be one of the best sub chains and they have so many options for toppings. They also have fries that they cut fresh every day and taste like fair fries (in a good way). Great employees and I’ve never been let down by this location.

Ordered a large chicken philly with a large fresh cut fry. Before I could order, the lady working the grill was barking at the other lady who was trying to take my order. Also, the chicken portion was rather skimpy. I even ordered extra veggies and felt like I was eating a sub that was just bread. I’ve seen them measure the protein in the past to ensure every sandwich gets an adequate amount. This time was not the case. The angry grill lady used the chicken that had already been cooked and kept warm on the side of the grill. That’s probably why my sub was rather slim. There’s no way that was enough chicken for a large sub.
