Cancro Special
Provolone, roast beef and pepperoni. In the summer of ’74, the Pepsi delivery man requested a curious combination of provolone, roast beef, and pepperoni. Peter Cancro’s brother, John, liked the sandwich so much, he gave it the family name and a menu spot of its own.

Customer service is not how it used to be! I would not recommend going to this Jersey Mike’s!! My friend and I walked in and there were 3 employees behind the counter, none of which greeted us or even acknowledged that we were there. No one else was in the building. I walked up to where the cashier was and started to place my order when the second employee who was next to her looked at me and pointed and said “You need to order over there” as they pointed to the third employee. I responded with “well no one said anything”. The second employee never said a word, no one else said anything. You could literally cut the tension with a knife when we walked in.

Don’t waste your time with this location now. The last 4 times I’ve visited here they are completely skimping on the meat. 18 dollars for a sandwich that has a single slice layer of roast beef. This is a veggie and bread sandwich. Absolutely pathetic cost cutting at its finest.

Creative Thinking 13
Wouldn’t order delivery, got delivered the wrong sandwich, and was told to come in and pick up the right one after I paid for delivery. Their excuse with delivery is that’s it’s a third party, and they have nothing to do with it right know. When I called the store to let them know, I was hung up on for complaining about it being wrong. The district manager gave the same excuses. Maybe make sure your stores do better quality check before sending out deliveries if you guys aren’t able to fix it if you send it out wrong.

Staff is untrained and does not care. After placing an online order for a giant, had to wait because they made a regular. Then they forgot the extra meat that was oredered on the sandwhich, so they jad to correct that.
