I’ll say the sandwich was good but they need to clean the screens that they cook the pizzas on with clean water and then dry them completely. Sour tasting and gross. I can taste dirty dish water in the crust. The pan pizza I ordered was also undercooked. It was too soft. No crispness at all. I had to put the pizza in the oven so it was edible. Also tasted sour from the dirty wet screens that the pizzas ride on through the oven . I know what I’m talking about. I use to work at a Dominoes and I had to show the manager that the sinks had to be cleaned frequently and the screens had to be dry for best pizza and so that they would crisp up. He agreed. It was a rainy Super Bowl night and nobody wanted to cook so I ran out to the local Domino’s for a,couple of large pies and some knots. OMG! THOSE FOLKS WERE WORKING LIKE CRAZY, pimping out pizzas faster than superman. We had a pepperoni pie and another with sausage and bacon. Two boxes of twisty bread and 6 assorted sauces and we took it home. The Best! Great service, great taste, great pizza.

Everytime we order from here the food takes almost two hours to get here and it’s always cold. There’s a different issue with the food every time. This last time everything I ordered had something wrong with it. Smushed pizza, half pepperoni half cheese pizza only had three tiny slices of cheese, parmesan bread bites with no parmesan. This place is actually the worst dominos i’ve ever ordered from and frankly I have no idea how nothings been done about it yet. Don’t order from here it’s terrible

I have had several issues with this store over the past year or so. Including a delivery driver writing in a different amount on the receipt for a tip. The manager there refunded the whole order that time.. But the past few times if tried to order here they were unable to take my order and today the lobby is closed so the can not take orders for pick up

Lilliana was fired About a month ago because she was always late, very rude to customers over the phone, and for voiding orders because she always wanted to go home as early as possible. She was nasty, didn’t want to be there, and was a royal pain to be around. The management has since improved since she is out of the picture. For those who were screwed by Lilliana, please consider giving this store a chance since the problem with the problematic supervisor was in fact resolved.

This place use to be great. It is complete trash now and i have no remorse for saying that. The pizzas we got after they messed up the first two were atrocious. As in not even shaped as a pizza over flowed with sauce just so bad. And that was after 1 and half hours of waiting for two pizzas and wings.. when before this dominoes would have considered that ready in no time and great looking pizzas at that, 9 out if 10 times they would get it correct. The employees try their best and the management is down the drain. I have known this dominoes my whole life and even worked in the plaza myself for many years and i can tell you, do not go here until it is redone and loved again..

Never again. I’m not in the bad review business. I let most things slide. But 2hrs waiting for a delivery. Drove to the location to pick-up the order because they wouldn’t answer the phone for 20 mins. Extremely rude staff, offered nothing but excuses with zero apology and no accountability. “Well we only have one driver, so…” So, don’t say delivery is 40 mins. Say the delivery is 2hrs. Or at least offer a sincere apology. We will never order from here again.

I used to love this place let me just start with that. I USED to get all of my orders within the time frame of 30-45 minutes. As of late (I am assuming new management) I ordered two garlic knots and didn’t get them for two hours. Tried contacting the store to cancel on three different occasion. No one answered. Don’t trying going the corporate route because you’ll answer 32 questions many which are duplicates only for them to say they will call you. I USED to be a loyal customer and spoke highly of the brand. I will not be supporting this business any longer.
