Worst Dunkin Donuts EVER. I go there several times a week because I work on the street. I subject myself to complete Spanish being spoken by all associates, which would be fine if I got a “Good Morning” and/or a “Thank You”. None of them act like they want to be there. They are rude! One associate was on break behind the counter while a line was forming. As the people got annoyed she laughed in the guys face asking if she was going to help. We get it’s not a great job but damn! Act like you care about making some money!!! That location could easily close if they keep it up. They have Garden Catering and Upper Crust across the street who I prefer except D&D’s ice tea is better.

like being in a foreign country of rude people. The employees converse among themselves in Spanish and barely acknowledge the customers. I only go there because they are on the right side of the street and easier parking when heading out in the morning. That benefit is starting to wane.

After asking for my bagel to be toasted, this woman rolled her eyes at me. The employees here are actually terrible. Very rude, and seem to hide in the back for 30 minutes. Watched a bagel fall on the floor, just for the lady to put it back on the shelf.
