It’s a pity this great restaurant is in a very industrial location. I hope they can plant some landscaping across the back side, where most of the view is. As it is, construction work creates a poor visual experience. The service and food offset this. Great, fresh, and so much food. Service is excellent. I hope this place can make it last. It’s our new favorite.

Y’all know I don’t play when it comes to my food. I am always trying different restaurants cuz I don’t go by what people say I have to try it for myself. Last Friday was my 14 year old birthday and she wanted Mexican and I thought it would be great to try Baja in irondale. Y’all that food was fantabulous lol the service was on point. We started singing happy birthday to my daughter and the whole restaurant started singing.

WOW… WHATTA BUILDING.. ALL new restaurant in Crestwood (in the old OLIVE GARDEN). The inside has been recovered in splenderous blues like the Pacific where it meets the Baja high cliffs in the sky. The floors are an all new architectural tile that flows through the place. Big tables with tall backs give comfort and shade to the tired traveler trying to catch his breath. There is quiet here.

Yikes. I really wanted this place to be good. I mean it’s in a great, high traffic location ***amazon is across the street!!! I was skeptical – mostly because of the close proximity to similar eateries. But I went in with positive thoughts – but no – there’s literally nothing good I can say about our visit this evening. Very disappointed and will not return. Not even worth reviewing – I will say this ONE thing: my $11 bowl of chicken soup was not only ORANGE but waaaaay too greasy to eat. Went to this place on Aug 4/23 and we had a waiter named betzy who was not attentive to our table, not only that but the place was NOT crowded, when we arrived there was NOBODY but maybe 2-3 other tables, in where betzy was REAL attentive too because it was mostly young men whom she seemed to be flirting with and talking to a lot, just standing there. could not get ahold of no waiter to refill our drinks and not just that but we found hair inside my little girls food while she was eating it; in where she did nothing to fix it but just say “should have told me before so I could have taken it off the ticket”, 0/10 will not return.
