I’m from out of town and the owner and locals were very friendly and even complimented my selection of tunes on the jukebox. They just added food and their cook Alfredo is a master chef and you can’t beat $3.75 beers and a good game on the TV’s. My week stay in Chicago I went back 3 times, I highly recommend this spot.

This is a great old tavern and building that has been around forever, but its age is starting to show. The exterior and interior is tired looking and in need of some TLC. The beer prices are a bit steep, and at the time of our visit, there wasn’t an option for ANY tap beer. Just an old brass rail with all of the handles removed.

Been coming here on and off since the 90’s (when it was under a different name/management). Crowds have definitely dwindled over the years but it’s still a great place to grab a brew if you want a quiet place off the strip in FP to watch a game or just hang out.

Cash only dive bar that is cozy and comfortable. I love that it’s a place where I can go and know that I won’t have to talk to people if I don’t want to and it’s not flooded with college kids. Definitely a relaxing place to grab a drink.
