I was craving some JJ’s. I walked in and seemed like I was an inconvenience. I placed my order/ paid and watched a kid wearing a tank top make our sandwich’s. I could see his armpit hair as he reached over all the food all I could think about is his curly pit hair falling in EVERYONEs food. Not one of the employees seemed to care. I’m at chipotle across the street. Everyone is dressed appropriately. I’ll be returning my sandwich’s tomorrow and that will be the last time.

The same guy who took our orders and reconfirmed it still managed to mess both orders up. When asked to correct it, he willingly remade my fiancé (a man) another sandwich but refused to remake mine (a woman) and argued with me.

Messed up my order and when I called to ask them to make a new one they hung up on me. The rude staff take pretty long to make a fairly simple sandwhich. Jersey Mikes is across the street and is way better.

Great spot for a quick sandwich. My order is usually ready for pickup just a couple minutes after I order online. You do have to specifically request napkins and they usually provide only 1 or 2.

As much as I enjoy the food, it’s not food that’s worth explaining to Keith that I don’t want a combo for 15 minutes. We’ve ordered from him 3 times now with the same experience. He consistently gives us different information and even then I can rarely hear what he’s saying. The kitchen does a great job with the orders but until the day that Keith is no longer there, I won’t be returning.
