The manager was absolutely wonderful this is the best McDonald’s I have visited in Washington. This location is amazing and I ate here when we got off the ferry and I never got upset tummy or anything. The locations in everett are gross and I don’t visit those ones. I highly recommend if you’re hungry after a ferry trip to stop and have dinner with your family here. !!!

I pull into the drive-thru to get food, and a lady comes over the speaker. She’s super pushy and keeps saying” is thst everything” before I can even get another word in. I get to the window and am greeted by someone that obviously hates their job. I say thank you, and she looks at me like I’m crazy and shuts the window. He looked like she was more worried about her new nails than anything else.

Really, you guys???? I ordered a deluxe crispy chicken sandwich, add cheese. This, is what I got. A dry, freezer burned rubbery chicken patty on a bun with cheese. No mayo, no lettuce, no tomato. And no receipt. I mean it’s my fault for eating fast food garbage. But I paid $9 for this pathetic sandwich. Will. Not. Return.

When I order a chicken sandwich with no pickles that doesn’t mean grab a sandwich out from under the heat lamp and take the pickles off. The juice of the pickles leaked into the breading of the chicken and onto the bun which left me with a nasty pickle taste with every bite. And where’s the sauce? A piece of tendon like chicken between to buns is not a sandwich. Plus I don’t need a whole tablespoon of salt on my fries. So thanks McDonald’s. For being the only drive thru fast food in Kingston you guys should think about doing better. 1star. Do better.
