At 6:30 pm I ordered 3 pizzas online for a total of $62 and some cents. It was to be delivered by 7:22 pm. I called at 7:30 pm and no one ever answered the phone. At 7:37pm I called again and I spoke to a woman that said that they were very busy and it the pizza was on its way. At 7:50 pm I called back and spoke to a man that said my order was messed up and then he put me on hold again for 7 minutes. So at 7:58 pm I kept calling back and the lady answered again and began hollering at me and said for me to stop calling back to back. I could not believe she was speaking to me that way and I told her I was in my way to Pizza Hut. At 8:15 pm my pizza was finally delivered. I had out of town company here at the house that received the pizza. This is NOT the first time that this business has been very disrespectful to me. I will never order pizza from the place. You do not speak to anyone the way this girl spoke to me.

I called Pizza hut with some questions and talked to Destiny. She was very helpful, nice and polite to me. And she was very patient with my questions. Talking to her made my day much brighter. She is a wonderful employee and person. My whole experience with her was a total pleasure. I will order Pizza Hut more often as long as she works there. She is a real asset. And any business would be lucky to have her as an employee. She should get a raise for going above and beyond just answering the phone but for making ordering Pizza hut a please.

We ordered about a hour ago only three items and a drink came up to be about 30.00$ we still haven’t gotten our food even though it’s been over 30 min since it said it was out for delivery (we only live 4-6 min away) next time I’d rather get it my self or just order dominos I may actually get it faster.
