The employees didn’t have on uniforms. The girl was more interested in the male employee than interacting with us in the drive-thru. It was like they were trying to hurry us thru so they could talk. It was weird and very unprofessional. We got 3 tacos. The meat was cold. It was around 10 pm when we were there on Tuesday night. The whole experience was awful…. and why were they in street clothes?? Tacky…..

DISCLAIMER: I’m honored to be a Top 10 Reviewer for Google. I do my best to be fair and honest but realize your experience may differ from mine. So, please keep that in mind when considering this restaurant, establishment, and/or venue. REVIEW: We like this Taco Bueno because they still offer taco burgers. We occasionally drive there from Tulsa for that reason. But, depending on the cook for the day determines if you get a nice amount of meat or a scimpy amount. In addition, and sadly, we’ve not had a good experience the last three times we’ve gone. Once, we were overcharged. Another time, we didn’t receive an item we paid for. And the last time we went they got our drinks wrong. So disappointed because we had been recommending this location to others but the service isn’t consistent. Have lowered my rating from five stars to two for those reasons.

Skiatook location is the only Bueno I’ll eat at. The owner and a local bakery partnered to keep selling the cheesecake chimichangas. Restaurant is cleaned and food is consistently good! I’ll keep coming back.

Aside from the taco meat being completely bland and I had to use packets of Taco Bell Fire Sauce to salvage it, but why in the hell would you need to pour half a cup of sour cream on your taco? This was terrible. We usually go to Taco Bell when in Skiatook, not sure why I made the mistake of deviating from that routine today, but I won’t make that mistake again. This was not even edible.

Great, fast, fresh and tasty Tex-mex at good prices. This location in particular is well managed, with great customer service, clean tables and self serve stations, as well as clean, private (lockable) bathrooms. The food is high quality, with most offerings made in-house, and not pre-frozen. Mexi-dip and chips is a must- as well as the enchilada plate. It’s located in a convenient shopping center on Skiatook’s Main Street, and there’s plenty of parking. Another plus is hand sanitizer stations at several points in the restaurant.

My wife and I went Saturday morning Oct 1, 2022 around 11:00. The staff was courteous, the dining area was clean, the bathrooms were spotless, and the food was great. I was very impressed with the professionalism of the staff. The food has Taco Bell beat hands down. Great job!
