Your management really needs to train the people in the Drive-Thru before they start taking orders I used to go to this location a lot and I gradually have stayed away but now I am done! People in the Drive-Thru are kids that don’t know anything and are not properly trained. Tell them you want a chocolate peanut butter shake it confuses them they don’t seem to understand that you want chocolate and peanut butter in your shake or you ask for a cheeseburger with everything on it except for mustard and they give you a plain cheeseburger when you repeated it three times because they keep asking do you want this on it do you want that on it yes I want everything except this I mean how hard is that ? unreal!!!!!!! I’m just sick of the ignorance and these people want $15 an hour they don’t deserve $9

I went thru the drive thru the food was cold had to wait a long time to get my order went back through the drive thru and the lady at the window told me the fries had just came up she was supposed to get a manager waited for 6 minutes couldn’t wait any longer had to leave I threw the food away

They have a fancy Coke machine and everything was out the one I was able to get tasted like carbonated water the food was not that great the new Reese Rocky road blizzard was terrible it didn’t have much of anything in it,and it was not turned upside. Would not recommend this DQ

Not as bad as the other reviews made it sound. Yeah slowish but what do you expect when nobody wants to work anywhere anymore. Food was good. Hot. Had to wait a few mins but at least it was fresh. They put a decent amount of hot fudge on their sundaes so that was good! Bathrooms was clean. Stop here…its fine compared to a lot of places I’ve stopped before!

Stopped there and ordered 1 milk shake and 1 small sundae. It took 25 minutes to get my order. There was hardly any hot fudge on my sundae. I realize they were very busy but my place was out of control. The employees there not trained properly.
