Welcome to Umami Japanese restaurant! Umami Sushi was created by Collin and Candy in 2010. We want to make dishes that give people pleasure, not just to fill the stomach. Evan Lin working as the executive sushi chef at Umami Sushi. With over ten years of working experience in Sushi, Sashimi, Nigri, and Maki. Chef Evan is passionate about giving delicious and unforgettable dining experience with his developed skill.

Amazing experience, all 16 courses were excellent. Chef Evan treated us well during our dinner service with his innovative tasting menu. He’s great to talk to and very knowledgeable. The restaurant itself is very clean, great ambiance, service was excellent and the food was amazing. With the price they ask for the 16 course meal, I feel that its very worth it and we will definitely go back and try it again. Thank you for the great omakase dinner experience!

Umami Sushi is incredibly unassuming but the food and service is top notch.
