For a “fast food” chain, their sandwiches are actually really good. This place was packed, and the employees cranked these sandwiches out quick, and with a smile. Red relish, absolutely a must

I asked for a hot Italian chopped, and i was told, “we can cook the meat, but we can’t chop it.” i was confused why the act of chopping the food was not an option. This location is the 1st that refused to do so. The employee also added that only the palm springs location does so, which is not true. I didn’t want to make a big deal about a sandwich, but can someone explain why the meats can not be chopped? Is there a chopping license or training certificate that the location or employee has not attained? Do they not have knives sharp enough? Im a person of common sense, but sometimes im too smart for my own good, that simple solutions to simpler problems dont compute can someone please clarify?

How does a sandwich place get a B score from the health department? I work in food Service and I think I’ll pass on this location.

I went during lunch rush but the line moved pretty fast! My sandwich was delicious and fresh. Unfortunately, they were having computer issues so patrons could only pay with card. The staff handled it really well, alerted customers right away and were apologetic for inconveniences. All in all, I had a great experience & will be back.

I had a bad experience the first time I tried Jersey Mike’s at a different location. This location seriously changed that for me and I was very happy with the quality of the food

Went here a few days ago for the first time. The Club Sub was great, one of the better subs I’ve had in awhile. Most definitely will be going back.

Was looking forward to a good fresh sandwich but it fell short. Bread, Bacon even veggies seemed not very fresh.

I was around the area for work and came in to give this place a try, and I can say I was not disappointed. The store was very clean and organized, and the the two girls that was there was very friendly and attentive. Since this is my first time Maurine recommended to try #13 and I was not disappointed! She was amazing, her customer service and general friendly attitude made me forget about the hectic day I was having from work. Thank you so much to the two girls that helped me (unfortunately I did not get the other girls name), I will definitely be back soon!!
