I stopped in to do some shopping and stopped on my way out to get a coffee after. The baristas working were super friendly, especially Kaylee! She was so kind and friendly and on top of it, my drink was perfect. I will definitely be coming back to this location versus going to the one that is a little bit closer to me because of the customer service here.

Hours says they are open until 9pm. I arrived at 4pm to do some shopping at Target. I walked up and asked if they were open because everything was dark. Now I have a crying toddler in the car because she couldn’t get chocolate milk. I know management is doing the best they can (at least I hope they are). But there should be no reason to close in the middle of the day. We are extremely short staffed at my job but we wouldn’t dare to close in the middle of the day.

Horrible experience here. Just moved to the area. Kayleen was very rude to my fiancé and I. We asked for no ice in our drinks and still got ice. She was making smart remarks saying she has to put ice in the drinks. She was also cursing and bad mouthing other customers while making the drinks… will NOT be coming back here. Would rather drive further to a different Starbucks

The longest drive through lines by far, they clearly can’t handle rushes. Seems like better management is needed and some more training. 50 minutes in a drive through for a dink that is just ok.

They are very nice here but most of the time short handed but that doesn’t stop them from doing their job the best they can! So please don’t be rude to these workers it’s usually only one barista during each shift and trust me it’s not easy wen your alone with a long line it takes time all in all this is a great Starbucks

Ordered the caramel apple spice. She began making the macchiato version. I attempted to correct her. She proceeded to turn to the other two co-workers behind the counter and pointed out the difference between the two drinks. She continued making the same drink regardless, put it on the counter and walked away. The drink went right in the trash.

I usually like Starbucks, but the one in this Target tends to run out of ingredients regularly – I usually can’t get my first choice of drink because they have run out of a particular ingredient, so I have to settle for my second or third choice of drink. The drink I do get tastes okay, but it usually wasn’t what I planned to get.
