I was so happy to find out about this Dunkin’ here in Pittston .. so close to home ! I have been there 3 times so far and each time I couldn’t drink my iced coffee because is was as dark as could be and it tasted like the coffee sat in the pot all day . It tasted like it was burnt coffee.. It was disgusting !

I was parked in the handicapped parking spot when some girl came in and asked me to move and I said he’s almost done making my order when she put in very stale donuts that shouldn’t of been served and he gave me a coffee that was an iced coffee that I didn’t order. I ordered a cold brew with cookies in it. I get home that’s the wrong thing the two girls that were working hard to get out. And was treating me terrible if I ever treated customers as bad as those girls treated me I would be fired. I was so upset that I went over the curve.
