The food is not being properly managed at this location. The (hand-tossed) dough had minimal pitch. 50% of each slice was approximately 2mm, and 25% was 4mm. The dough was tempered for too long, hence had no pitch and lacked in overall flavor. At Pizza Hut, generally the general managers relies on the topping to makeup for the dough management, but the toppings in this case couldn’t do the job, as the beef had been left outside of proper conditions and was hard and darkened. The amount of sauce was a little light, but if the food was made according to when a driver was too be able to deliver it, the item would not have sat in the warmer so long as to essentially “rot” my food. The cheese dispersement was similar to the sauce, light, and the cheese also suffered in the holding oven. The only good that I can say is that the topping dispersement overall was okay. Nothing was piled on top of other toppings and there was good coverage on the pizza as a whole. The dough quality was terrible. I should Not be biting into grease-soaked “sheets” of dough when I ordered 3 topping of meat, regular dough, regular sauce, regular cheese.

I ordered 3 pizzas and some cheese sticks. Everything was great. the cheese filled crust was perfect. The Extra pepperoni pizza was well worth the additional $2.00. If you like pepperoni Piza do the special.

Very disappointed. This was a very surreal experience. We ordered 2 pizzas, wings, breadsticks and a two liter of Pepsi. The Pizzas were not even cooked all the way in the slightest. The middle of the “crust” was just raw dough. The peperoni’s didn’t even have a crisp. I was like they cooked it in a microwave but some how managed to not cook the dough in the middle. We ended up eating the breadsticks and wings and I ran out to get other food.

I ordered the Triple Treat Package with one Original Pan Pizza (Super Supreme) and One Hand Tossed Pizza (Meat Lovers) — we received two hand tossed pizzas (only realized once we got home). The employees at the store were extremely unenthused — took around 5-7 minutes for the one handling the front area to notice me. Typically, at other stores, the employee opens the box and shows the pizza(s) before handing over the order(s), that did not happen at this store. If it had, we would have noticed the mistake on one of the pizzas and had it fixed…
