Food is delicious at this place. My visit there today was a terrible experience. The lady making the food and handling the money did not wash her hands or wear gloves and as I was leaving she wiped her nose with her finger. Turned my stomach. Unless things change I will not go back

This food is FIRE! So so so GOOD! The Cajun pintos, the sweet baked beans, Mac and cheese, slaw.. all literally some of the best I’ve ever ate anywhere. Especially the baked beans!!!! literally can’t brag enough about all the sides. The pulled pork is delicious and their sweet bbq sauce is phenomenal with the perfect amount vinegar and sweet combination. Ribs are great quality, lots of meat, and little greasy fat. Even the pink lemonade here is fire!!!! The faces here are so kind as well, making for a very pleasant visit. Definitely will be back next time we’re around town!

I really wanted to like this place. Haven’t had BBQ since moving to the Greenville area. Pork was just ok. Chicken was terribly dry and zero smoke flavor. Beans tasted like cinnamon or allspice?! Coleslaw was good. Mac was bland. Stale piece of bread served with meal. Sauce on tables impossible to squeeze out due to lack of cleaning. Customer service was good. We passed Bobby’s because of prices. Search continues I guess.

Love love love this place. The staff is super friendly and the food is to slap someone for. The ribs are awesome, sauce is optional as the ribs stand very well all alone. All of the sides were great too but the sweet potato crunch… but the sweet potato crunch… but the sweet potato crunch though… but the sweet potato crunch though… you gotta try it. Needless to say we WILL be coming back here for some more awesome BBQ. BUT THE SWEET POTATO CRUNCH THOUGH…

I’ve been to Bucky’s on Roper Mtn Rd. many, many times over the last 14 yrs, but this is the first time I’ve been to their Fountain Inn location. I always get a pork plate with 2 sides and I always love it, and this time was no exception! Also, the Fountain Inn location is in an old building/store front with original hardwood floors and atmosphere. I recommend Bucky’s, no matter what location you choose.
