So fresh and hot! I don’t like to eat fast food places but I had to this particular day definitely above my standards. It was fresh and hot literally had to let it cool down. Tasted pretty good for fast food chicken the fries were amazing. The lady didn’t seem to want to walk even ten steps to do anything. Definitely bring a sweater it was freezing in there and definitely need to be cleaner the bathrooms were gross and crumbs on many tables and for it being empty, if you have time to lean you have time to clean!!

Outrageous service. Walk in wait my turn. Customer comes in after me. Incompetent clerk waits on the scum customer ahead of my turn, out of turn and never apologized. The scum backboneless customer who knew I was ahead of him wouldn’t acknowledge I was ahead of him. When he finally decided to wait on me I ordered 2 dinners. I get to the car and one box is completely dripping with the gravy and totally soaked the bottom of the box destroying the box and grease everywhere. The second box had the wrong food items. I asked for no roll and what’s in the box but a roll. And while waiting forever for this outrageous service, I asked for napkins. They didn’t have napkins. Watch your back, food and service when you go there.

We ordered our food and went to get soda, we told them the Pepsi was out said they didn’t have any. Then they didn’t have any napkins either. And as people came in they said they didn’t have Pepsi. If I knew from the beginning they didn’t have Pepsi I went and ordered any food

This was the only one that had baked beans. Until recently. The ones in Albany didn’t have any. This area sucks. Fried chicken and baked beans are good together. I will say this food places in the upstate make people learn how to cook at home.

Food was an absolute joke! Paid $9 to get a “Famous Bowl”. It has 4 of the most disgusting pieces of chicken I’ve ever had. Bowl was mostly potatoes and gravy. This also used to come with a cookie, but now no longer does because KFC corporate wanted to “streamline my experience”. Boy do I feel f**king streamlined!

Didn’t even get to try the food because the staff was too busy complaining about me not wanting dairy in my food then proceeded to make fun of my accent and offered me a Mac and cheese bowl then said “well we are closed so we don’t have anything” then why are we taking orders my love? I’ve never been through a drive through with such rude staff. Food was fine, service was terrible. The attitude received from the workers in the drive through was horrendous. Even the people slammed at mcdonald’s aren’t this miserable.

They were out of chicken it was 545 pm and would be 45 minutes till it was done at rush hour I guess with the 7 workers on no one could get it started when it got low they waited until it was gone so I got coleslaw and fries I was very upset should have eaten at taco bell instead the place was a mess what a joke it was but it was better than the place in Malta which isn’t saying much be awhile before I try again what’s the work coming to
