Tacos (pork, chicken, steak) and quesadilla was very dry and hard to chew on. The texture of the meat were similar to jerky. The chicken taco was way too greasy. The food did not taste fresh and it was not even warm. They didn’t give us limes. The customer service was awful.

My meat looks a little green and is very tough… birria was good though. The glass bottles of coke had some black stuff smeared around the rims. Whole place needs a cleaning/maintenance or help with the atmosphere. Overall just kinda weird experience with a big price tag

So… let’s start off with my most RECENT visit (7/11/23). Entering the place, the atmosphere was pretty dead. Due to the lack of customers, the cooks weren’t really doing much. The smell of food was also lacking. 3 red flags already.

One of the worst Mexican restaurants in general I have ever been to period I live right around the block so it is a shame but the young cashier girl was so incredibly rude period I ordered my food and as a professional cook I could tell nothing was being done fresh. I asked to use the bathroom. And the young girl took literally 5 minutes to unlock the door for me and did it with an attitude. Even when I thanked her she just made a nasty face. Some of the worst service i’ve ever had and the food was absolutely horrible.

Stopped here on the way back from work today to try something new and wasn’t disappointed! Everything tasted & looked great and the Elote was perfect! Friendly staff too. I would recommend it.

My new favorite joint on the east side. The tacos were full of flavor and delicious. I consider myself a critical street taco critic too. The stomach meat is fatty and sauce are bold. I like the salsa bar.

Before this place got new owners 4 years ago in 2019 it had a slushy machine and a sauce station and lime station and a lot more beverages but when I visited this place in the beginning of 2023 it didn’t have none of that back in 2019 but i ordered the birria tacos and some chips but I believe they were little dry and I ordered some queso was watery down and I was gonna go back in there ask the young girl why it was watery but the door was lock and she was sitting behind the Counter she didn’t get up wonder why i try to open the door but the young look stuck up young girl

Food here was very lacking, was edible though and didnt make me sick at least. I came in during a bike ride for just one taco to hold me over. The young girl looks at me with a rude expression and says “Just one Taco…?” and i was like… “Yup?”. She then looked behind her at someone im asuming is an older family member, said something rude, and they both started patronizingly laughing at me. I asked to use the bathroom to which the young girl took a million years to come unlock and did so with an attitude. Trying to be polite i got my food and thanked them and they didnt even look at me.

The food was actually pretty good. The consume could be better for the birria tacos. I’ve had more flavorful ones where it had some spice & the birria meat in it. I also ordered an enchilada meal with red sauce & they gave it to me with the green sauce. I paid quite a bit for my purchase & was disappointed my enchiladas were wrong. But the green sauce wasn’t too bad. Was a little spicy but still good. I would definitely eat here again.
