Stopped by here on a whim, never had it. Clean friendly place. Staff was super nice – which I for one appreciate more than anything. Food was a big surprise – one of the best burgers and fries I’ve had in a very long time. Delivered fast and steaming hot, large portions – I was stuffed, and I am quite large myself. Also great ice cream – well, frozen custard, of course.

They have 4 round picnic style outside tables which are nice on cool nights. If you like skinny meat burgers you will like this place. The fries are skinny too. I really like the jalapeño ketchup. The custard is consistently good. Much improved for 2023.!

Freddie’s is pretty consistent. Their fries are great (if you like shoestring fries). The other food is not bad. We eat there from time to time and like it fine. Most of the time, we go through the drive-through and just pick it up. The staff is usually pretty friendly and attentive. The prices aren’t bad.

Pretty chill place. I went when it was raining and almost slipped to my death on the tiled floor in the lobby, where there was no wet floor sign. The food was pretty good though, and the girl at the register was super helpful in the process of selecting a shake. It’s confusing since they have a couple of different kinds of shakes, but eventually I understood which one I wanted. My friends and I received our food in due time, and we all got what we ordered.

Freddy’s burgers are pretty good but I’d pass on this location. Came in on a Saturday afternoon with only two tables eating, no line and plenty of employees, but almost all empty tables were dirty. The Trussville Freddy’s is cleaner and has better food.

Food was terrible and cold. I don’t live far from the restaurant, but when I got home the food was cold and the hot dog looked like the second pic. I went back and the crew member Insisted in remaking the hot dog which look like the first pic there are no roller coasters in this area and I’m not a crazy driver so I don’t know my food looked like this. Other than the food quality the customer service was nice. But I went there to eat. I also ordered a burger meal which was stale and cold as well. I would rate this a zero but I can’t

So……I went to Freddy’s last Sunday so excited to try their limited time only fish sandwich…….and it was barely enjoyable, it was chewy and over cooked so I started to pick through it and something literally popped out and you can see in the picture that there was something unusual sorta like a tape worm….right after I went to the restaurant and took it back the manager on duty offered another sandwich I refused got corporate number and got no answer of course it’s a Sunday. But to this day still no phone call and to top it off I didn’t get any type of refund for anything. If I could’ve gave them no stars I honestly would have.

I have always had great food and good service at this Freddy’s, but today was probably a deal-breaking experience for me. I ordered two concretes, both of which came completely melted even though I’d just ordered them in the drive-through and (assumedly) they had just been made. While situating my food + custard in my car, one of the melted concretes tipped over and got all over the interior of my car. I lost almost the entire volume of custard because it was so melted (basically like spilling a runny shake). I will now have to get the interior of my car deep-cleaned to remove the stickiness, residual custard I could not mop up with flimsy napkins, and impeding smell of spoiled dairy. It was an unfortunate event, but would never have happened if the product quality had been at the level I had previously grown to expect. Very disappointing.
