My husband did a Mobile order and then he waited for over 30 mins and then when he mentioned where his order was. They said they didn’t have. So the manager said in a bad attitude where’s the receipt? It’s a mobile order. So he showed them his phone and told one of the other workers to write it down so it can be made. There was one piece of tomato and barely any cheese or lettuce on a chalupa. The food was over cooked and sloppy. Very disappointed especially when we go eat there when we can as dine in

We did an online order and so when we showed up in the drive thru we waited for at least 10 minutes. While we were waiting we saw the manager staring at his cell phone, the other who were wearing rubber gloves on their phones and tucking them into their waistbands. It looked very unsanitary having those gloves on and them touching everything and not changing them out. No one seemed in a hurry to do their job or to help those who were working to get the food out to the customers. I was very disgusted and disappointed.

On our trip to Texas we stopped at this Taco Bell around 1130 at night. We were informed of three items that we were not allowed to order and landed on a Grilled burrito. We were then informed that it would be a three dollar up charge to grill the burrito. We pulled over to check our food and the burrito was not grilled.. We came back around to inform them that them the up charge and the grilling request was not fulfilled to which they started laughing at us and saying it was a joke. They did end up grilling the burrito but I don’t think that it’s funny to request a modification and be falsely told that you have to pay for it and then it not be fulfilled. We weren’t it was a joke until after the second interaction.

Stopped off while on a road trip. The fiesta potatoes I ordered had sour cream and nacho sauce all on the outside of the container and the potato soft taco I ordered didn’t even look like potatoes… They looked like chunks of meat (dark brown in color), but were actually just super overcooked and greasy. I also asked for mild sauce in the drive thru and didn’t receive any packets. One of the worst drive-thru meals I’ve received at Taco Bell.

This is a Taco Bell and KFC combo and it was a terrible experience. The place was disgusting, it took 30 minutes to get food although there were very few customers and during this time noone made an effort to clean up anything in the establishment. There were chicken bones on the ground, the trash cans were over flowing, food and mess everywhere, the drink station looked straight out of a soda tsunami and the tables and counters were sticky wet and grody. Also we were informed that we werent able to order anything from the Taco Bell menu for 30-45 minutes because nothing was prepared, 30 minutes later when we finally got our KFC I heard the lady tell another customer the sane thing. Everything behind the counter in the food prep area was pretty gross and cluttered with trash too. Im not squeamish but this is the worst food place I’ve ever been to, including my experiences in 3rd world countries.

Update: They are horrible at making orders. They can’t get anything right, they don’t give you all of your order and they skimp on everything super bad. How many bad reviews do they need to finally fix the problems. Is it going to take this one closing like the the last place with all the problems the last one had. Come on management!
