I’ve been going here for years and I would agree with other reviews that they win the lottery in hiring staff with no manners and training. I’m forced to write this review in response to the behavior of a newly hired guy who had long blonde hair and looked like Donald Duck with lipstick on. He was moving in slow motion, had people there waiting and getting upset, did not greet anyone. He could not pack my burrito right and had to discard 2 tortilla’s before double folding it. I did not like the burrito once I got home and threw it away. Please train your staff with some customer care and make them presentable. They should not look like they got out of prison last night and started working here.

The worsssssssssst. Employees are so miserable won’t acknowledge or speak young kid rolled his eyes because I asked for a little more veggies. I’ve been to the best chipotle that give normal/generous portions… I’m fine with normal this place gives barely any food. Then if you ask for more they charge you! I get charging more but when you’ve already given the normal portion. Just not good.

This is a “salad” with fajita veggies added. Notice, zero salad or veggies? I don’t think it’s possible to put less care into food preparation. Had the same experience in Nashua, NH the other day. So it’s clearly a company wide problem. Lost a customer for life.

We were really excited to try Chipotle and we couldn’t be more unimpressed and honestly angry. We ordered through DoorDash. My wife is a vegetarian and she ordered the Cheese Quesadilla. She selected the 3 toppings – sour cream, salsa and guacamole, and she ordered the “add-on” Fajita Vegetables. We received the order quicker than expected however 2 things were wrong, and of course with the vegetarian order. The quesadillas come in a compartment style tray, with 3 spaces for the toppings. Hers had one empty where it should have had the guacamole. (Error 1). The order also did not have the fajita vegetables. At all. Not IN the quesadilla or on the side. No veggies to be found. (Error 2) It was basically a $13 grilled cheese.

I’ve been here 3 times total since it opened and typically I’m not one to write reviews. I had to this time because I am very fed up. Every time I have gone to this location I end up getting severe food poisoning and I’m sick of it. Someone please replace this franchise with something better.

This place is terrible. The staff could care less. There was a line of people waiting, and the KID working the front could care less. Didn’t acknowledge anyone, while he was doing other things besides taking peoples orders. Terrible. The food was terrible too. Nothing like the other Chipotle’s I have been too. Stay away from this place.

This location has always been for us over the years. They rarely seem to run out of food items compared to other locations. There is a busy delivery and pickup side to the business, which seems to keep everything fresh! Since it’s so busy my only feedback would be to keep table cleaning supplies available to customers – perhaps on the bussing station as I’ve yet to find a clean table here during all the business. I don’t mind doing that myself, but don’t see a station for that like I’ve seen at some of the big city locations. Overall, this is one of the best Chipotles around and I’m glad to have a quick option for a vegan and her non vegano husband for a healthier option!
