Been ordering here literally since I can remember, before they moved to the new place. We ordered there about 6 months back and pizza was as it’s always been but ordered tonight and I’ll never order again. Crust was soggy, no longer the crisp thin crust. The sauce was strangely sweet but also lacking flavor? Which was strange. Fresh mushrooms used to be used but it’s clear canned mushrooms are used now. And the cheese somehow had ZERO flavor. From recipe changes, to quality in ingredients clearly dropping, we won’t ever be back.

We have a tradition of eating at Mama D’s pizza while we are home visiting family. This time their dining room was closed for remodeling, and an employee recommended Pascals as an alternative. The pizza was delicious and the service was spot on. Unfortunately, the Italian beef was dry and cold. The beef had a good flavor, but the sandwich lacked juice. Overall, it was a good meal and good service in a family atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Had it for takeout today and it was very good. Good quality meat in the beef sandwich and the fries have a good crunch. You can get a salad instead of fries for no up-charge. We’ll order from here again.

I have had their pizza before and it was good but the last two times I went I walked out because no one waited on me. The last time was more than a year ago and I don’t fully recall the details but last week when I was there no one waited on us. One guy tried to serve us someone else’s food. When we told him it wasn’t ours he pointed at a different man and said “He’ll take care of you.” That guy looked at us and walked away.

Very dirty menu on counter was disgusting. Not only was it dirty they apparently stopped making many items and crossed them off in an unprofessional manner. The heavier set lady with glasses offers unfriendly service. Offered no apologies nor help in choosing another item. We only ate here because my daughter had a gymnastics class at Midwest. But do not let the convenience of this place convince you to try it out. I will NOT return!

Server was nice. Food was Horrible..Nasty, Gross..Shrimp scampi was watered down sweet like it had soy sauce in it. The shrimp was WAY over cooked. Gagged when I tasted it.I love Shrimp scampi, but this was no where close to tasting like any scampi I had ever had..Replaced it with a italian beef sandwhich which was dry slices of roast beef straight from the package from GFS from Biggest waste of $30 we have had in a long time…Ive been sick since I got home. The waitress however was well worth the $5.00 tip..she was nice..

Pizza is good, but the Buffett sucks, same awfull recipes for past 6 -10 years, cheap tasting corn, chicken breast has no flavor and always dry, I’m sick of giving thier Buffett a chance. I need to stop going thier. Thier never going to improve. But thier home made cake for dessert is the only thing that really taste good.

My favorite of northwest indiana, best sauce, cheese and crust, so delicious!!! 5 star taste. Buffet food is so good, great catering. Kids love the cheese sticks and Mariana and mostacioli. Alex who is the cook in kitchen explains his creations, so nice.

It’s hard to find even one thing. First of all, we came in to eat the “buffet” as they call it. Our waitress spoke a total of maybe 10 words to us the whole time we were there. We ordered Dr. Pepper to drink and it was flat. When bringing it to our waitresses attention, she grabbed our glasses and took them and got the water I requested. All of this was done without speaking one entire word to us. I asked if they were going to refill the buffet so we could actually eat. At this point, we had been there for a good 25 minutes and the buffet was empty. There were literally 4 other people in the restaurant besides our family of four. She never once offered refills and the minestrone soup was literally spaghetti sauce that was watered down. There were no noodles in it. She had some guy come and check the pop machine to pretend like we were crazy I guess. I’m not exactly sure what his shrugging shoulders meant. The pop was clearly flat and gross. Finally, she comes to our table and I asked for a box for my child’s hamburger and the check. At that point she felt the need to tell me how wonderful my children were. Remember, 10 words max from this lady’s mouth and 8 of them came at the end of our “meal” when she was handing me a check. Pretty interesting. The place was awful, the food was awful and the staff was terrible. We will never go there again.
