I Love Firehouse and everyone at this location are wonderful but the way the store is setup, its very hard and feels very crowded because you have to slide by tables where people are eating just to walk through. Therefore I usually always get mine to go.

My wife and I really wanted to like Firehouse subs! We gave it a try on a recent visit to Greenwood and we were so disappointed ☹️. It’s just better bread and less flavorful meat than Subway and it cost nearly 30 bucks for 2 sandwiches and drinks! No thanks, we won’t make that mistake again.

It was HAIR in my food, and they refused to give me a FULL refund. They only refunded 8.64 for the sub where the hair was…but why would I want the rest of the meal?? Which I left with them chips and a drink..we being legally robbed..why not wear hair nets to prevent the problem instead taking my hard earned money… Customer satisfaction should be the daily goal…

This was the first time we had ever been to firehouse subs. The lady taking our order was friendly, answered every question we had, made sure we ordered everything we wanted & made sure it was correct. When one of the workers accidentally added a seasoning to one of the kids meals she came over right away to ask if it was ok or if it needed to be remade. It was fine. And she made sure to ask me again if I wanted it remade. A little seasoning wasn’t going to hurt especially since it’s one I already use at home as well. So it was ok. My daughter was happy with her meal & that’s all the matter.
