Went inside to order, before I even got to the counter the girl working gave me a dirty look. As I was ordering she rolled her eyes. She messed up one of the drinks that was ordered and got an attitude when I asked her if she could fix it. When she was at the counter fixing it she was talking trash to her co worker to where we could hear her. The counters were also pretty disgusting and not clean. We also got two donuts, one of which you could see she squeezed it on purpose and the filling was coming out. Flies everywhere. The drink was still undrinkable once it was remade, so we just took our drinks and left. Looking back at the counter as we exited the door they were giving us smug looks and trying not to laugh. Absolutely awful. I’ve honestly never experienced such bad service before. I was flabbergasted. None of the girls were friendly at all. I won’t be going back to that location. The one in Alliance, Salem and in Canton on Tusc have all been terrific and never have had an issue. Not sure whats going on here on Reno Drive.

Manager need more training on how to deal with customers. Customers will always remember how you make them feel ( good or bad ) Don’t take it out on customers if you are mad at your life choices. The managers probably still be working at some other minimum wage jobs the rest of their existing. So treat your patrons right or get out of the service industry

First the drinks that are featured should be taken off the menu as soon as the season for the item is over. Wanted to order toasted white chocolate latte, but was told item was out and is seasonal, then went to order cookie butter latte, again out and seasonal, but both items where still showing on there menu inside the store. Instead ordered peppermint mocha latte. I also ordered 2 chocolate long John’s and 2 glazed donuts. 1 of the chocolate long John’s had MOLD!! HOW? And why wasn’t this caught before being put into my bag? Will not be returning to this location!

I love this Dunkin! The staff is amazing. I visit every single day (sometimes more) and order an extra large coffee with 5 cream and 10 liquid cane sugars. Each time I stop by it is like visiting family. Some of these reviewers need to relax and realize this is just coffee and donuts! If getting the number of creams wrong leaves you feeling disgusted perhaps some relaxation skills are in order. Its. Just. Coffee.

Place is great donuts is what I recommend. To me in my personal opinion. (I drink my coffee black and hot. So I wouldn’t buy the coffee there cost to much when I can save so much at home) but there donuts delicious.

Store was clean, but service wasn’t the best. I stood there and watched 3 people just ignore me. Now you’d think there was a line with the drive through but there wasn’t. One was stocking the flavorings I believe, and the other 2 were just chatting. I would expect better service especially after someone else walked in behind me and was standing there as well. Long story short, If you’re in a hurry this isn’t the place to go. If you have time and patience by all means.

I am a huge supporter of Dunkin. This Dunkin has been good until about 2 months ago they have completely gone down hill and this morning went to go get a blueberry muffin and they knew they were giving me this muffin and handed it to me uncooked , with a burnt top. Very disappointed.
