Would have been a five-star but there was only me and one other table with people on it in the place and every table was dirty almost. I know it might be close to closing time but make sure wonder if it’s dirty out here. Watch the kitchen look like? Ranch sauce was excellent, a lot of the dairy Queens have been watering that down lately but not here. Staff was friendly, courteous, kind all that kind of stuff only complained is the dining room was way too dirty. Let’s hope I can update this in a week or two when I go back.

I have to say it was a very nice experience. Just hearing the workers talking to the other costumers with respect while I was sitting here was A treat in itself. The example of great costumer service was something I haven’t seen in A long time. To be honest I can’t say the same thing about other DQ’s I’ve visited. Corporate should be impressed. I sent my son to pick up lunch for the 4 of us. We wanted 4- 3pc chicken baskets with sides of toast and Blizzards which is just an upgrade. When he came home to find out they charged him 72$ which was the full price of a 4 pc, 4 Drinks, 4 Blizzards and a side of toast. When calling the manager and explaining they refused to correct this. This is poor customer service. We received the same Food they just rang it up incorrectly. All we wanted is our difference back. $34 for loosing a customer for life Great Choice DQ!!!

Horrible to get in the drive way unless coming southbound. Website says you can get Ice Cream Cakes at this location. While they have a fantastic freezer that almost looks like it was designed for these cakes I was disappointed to be told that they do not have these cakes and to go to Baskin Robbins or find another DQ in town. Why would you list this location on the website for cakes? They did not even offer to order one for me?

DQ has a great selection of ice cream cakes. We purchased the Snickerdoodle Cookie Dough ice cream cake for our son’s birthday. The cake was delicious! The McMinnville DQ was clean and staff was courteous. The wait time wasn’t too long when we purchased the cake inside. We really enjoy the convenience that this DQ provided.
