I came here on my break from work. There was a homeless person who had been waiting for about 10 minutes and the person who took his order was very unprofessional. He didn’t even give the money back to him in his hand just over the counter. The store is understaffed. At peak hour and they only had 4 employees. I waited 30 minutes to try to order and had to leave to get back to my shift and was never able to order. I was so displeased with the service. None of the workers even acknowledged that there was people at the lobby. I’m not saying this is or is not a bad restaurant. I’m just relating my experience on this date and how frustrating it was for me and all those people waiting in line.

I don’t even know where to begin, most of the people here don’t understand what I’m saying. Took them 15 minutes for a guy to come out of a corner and ask what I wanted and when I asked for wings I was told that they aren’t available. I decided to order a tender combo and when I got the order not only was I missing my sides and my drink but they looked at me like if I was just trying to get free stuff. Don’t even get me started on the way the bathrooms look. It’s like they look at it and decided to skip cleaning. Honestly it’s thanks to one of the female employees there with glasses that I had a somewhat pleasant experience if not I would have given this place a 0. I’m surprised health inspector hasn’t shut it down yet. Avoid at all costs!!!!
