Finally, I have a real go-to for BBQ here in Omaha. I’ve always thought I needed to travel to Kansas City for a BBQ fix. My wife brought me here a few weeks ago for lunch and I was impressed. Brisket is melt in your mouth and great smoke flavor. Brisket chili was on point. Smoked sausage delicious as well. Can’t wait to go back.

Amazing brisket! You got bark, a little layer of juicy fat for great flavor. Bourbon bbq sauce is great, but you won’t need it. The owner was talkative and generous. Even the thin sliced onion, pickles, and sweet candy like jalapeños he referred to as jalapeño jolly ranchers were top notch

We sampled all of their meat selection today. Brisket (nice bark), turkey, ribs and pulled pork. We tried their beans and chili. The brisket and ribs were our favorite . The chili was different than the Texas style we are used to but very tasty. The owner was a delight to talk to.

Great brisket with well rendered fat and a delicious bark, my favorite thing to get is the brisket sandwich with coleslaw and pickled jalapeños on top. Each of their 3 sauces are distinct and delicious; definitely worth trying each.

First time trying this place. Had been wanting to for a while. It did not disappoint. Generous portions of meat on my Texan sandwich. More than any other BBQ place you will go to. Brisket was so tender and juicy. Great flavor. Used the hot sauce and it was spicy but not overpowering. Had cowboy beans as my side, which were also very good with chunks of brisket in them

Good, but not worth the over priced per lbs on ribs, which of course include bones but it also includes the inedible cartilage. Each time I took a bite I had to spit out cartilage which didn’t make my experience very good. Plus hrs are terrible, 11 to 2 only 4 days during the week ? Thank you, I’ll stay with my favorite “We’ll Smoke You” Just as good with NO cartilage.

The BBQ meat was absolutely fantastic! Delicious! Great portions. The beans were a little bland for my taste. Overall, I would highly recommend this place to everyone – I will definitely be back!! The meats are amazing!! Staff was great too.

All of the meats are tasty, but the brisket is something exceptional here! I like that they offer pickles, onions and jalapeños to go with the BBQ (a nice southern touch).

Bring Cash. Owner hit with credit card charges, per transaction. I could get a military discount if I could have gone that way. I think it was the chili, but if like hot, this is for you. Would like to try the beans next time. Brisket was good.
