Ordered one pizza with tomatoes and garlic but they made it with the same toppings as the other pizza. Waste of money since I only like pizza with tomatoes it’s not worth driving back to wait for another. The receipt shows they did have knowledge of what should have been on the pizza.

Usually get pizza from here 2 to 4 times a month and is very good, except last weekend. So called the manager, very ignorant, said she made and nothing wrong with it and should have brought it back, I told her I picked it up at 830 pm,and said I needed bring the whole pizza back, I said well we ate a few pieces, and that’s how we found out it didn’t taste good, just a really ignorant conversation, thank God we have plenty of other pizza places

I don’t normally leave bad reviews, but this one is deserved. I’m not sure how this occured with an online order. It could be the driver or the the store. From my knowledge normally there’s supposed to be a lable on the boxes to show whose orders is who’s. 5min after delivery we called the location to let them know it was wrong. We were offered a refund or redelivery to which we chose the redelivery. We were told aprox 30 min which actually ended up being a hour. This review was originally going to be a 1 star since I started to cook something since I believed it was not coming. I was unable to call either as the store location closed. As I was about to hit post the doorbell rings and here’s the pizza…All in all they did redeliver the correct order in the end but now I have extra food.will update this in the future if needed….

Just received our order from the Dominos on Shepherd Rd and there is no sauce at all on the pizzas! We’ve been ordering from this Dominos for years and lately it seems every other order is made incorrectly. Today was only the second time in 8 years I’ve called to complain and there was not a hint of apology for the inconvenience… just ‘my manager says we can remake your order but you have to give the pizzas back’. When I agreed I was told our order would be resubmitted like it’s a new order. Two stars for the orders we’ve received in the past but honestly the horrible customer service, what seems to be an ever changing staff who can’t remember to put sauce on a pizza and being treated like a nuisance because we want sauce on our pizza guarantees our next pizza is coming from Marco’s.

4 pizza’s ordered and 4 quickly prepared. In all had our pizzas in 20 minutes. Picked up at a drive thru window. No issues with the pizzas. Ordered through the app which was easy but tracker was moved to complete before the order was actually completed.

This is the second time that we have ordered extra sauce on a pizza for my dad and it’s the same as the light sauce that we order. I called to verify my order was extra sauce and the girl responded with it probably dried out. How is that considered an acceptable response. I would hope that all the Dominos stores aren’t like the Shepard Road store.

This place has the rudest customer service, they act like they don’t care if they help you. I went in to order because I don’t like getting sent over to India have my order taken and asked what special for 1 pizza and they told me that I’d have to buy two pizzas to get a special. I asked if there was anything else and she said no And turned around
