This place is horrible! It took over 15 minutes to get a large Fountain drink brought out. The tator tots and mozzarella sticks taste like French toast sticks. Change the grease every now and then jeez! Every one that works here looks mad all the time even when you tip them better than you should. Slow slow slow if you have only a short amount of time to eat. I’d try elsewhere

These poor employees are doing the best they can with being so understaffed. They’re all doing a wonderful job!! Now the service was crazy bad because of the stalls not working properly. I tried 4 different stalls before finally just going through the drive thru. (Each had different mechanical issues.) Kudos to the employees on some delicious corndogs!!

Worse place to dine in Lockhart I ordered 2 drinks and it takes over 15 minutes. we need new leadership! Dont be scared to hire more employees to serve those who pay you. 11-16-22 update still one of the worse places. Added a pic what is supposed to be fresh tots not just cheese but paid for extra cheese can you find the extra cheese, bearly got regular cheese. Step up your game please

I’m here in the drive through and I called out about three to four times and nothing and there is a line behind me of people waiting to order and no one answers back from the drive-thru window,this is ridiculous,I work in fast food before and I always tell the person to give me a few more minutes if I’m still busy with another customer,nothing,been here for over 10 minutes cause I’m giving them a benefit of a doubt and nothing,I guess I’ll try somewhere else to eat if they can’t even say anything after so many minutes or anything to tell me that they going to help,a lot of these places here in Lockhart are just going downhill or can’t find good workers

I wanted to surprise my granddaughter so I stopped at Sonic . She ordered an order of French fries and a small vanilla ice cream cone. She was surprised because what she got was a melted ice cream cone and 10 cold and soggy French fries.

There have been many times I’ve gone to this Sonic, where I have to sit forever in my car waiting for my order either parked, or going thru their drive thru even, and one time even have had bad service when the young girl took my order out to me, but was pleasantly surprised this time around. This RARE time that I went, the one taking my order was very informative while answering my question, & I got it surprisingly quick!

I constantly do the mobile ordering as well as picking up orders for doordash. Somehow people who order there still get their stuff faster than the mobile ordering which usually only consist of 2-3 soft drinks or tea. Always, always slow and depending on the people working you may not even get simple customer service things such as a good attitude or a hi. There are times I have been there where they won’t even speak they just open the window, hand the drink (which is oozing out the sides of the glass) and then they just close it. Typical 10-15 min wait for just drinks is quite common whether there is a line or not.
