I’ve ordered Tallarines Verdes for possibly the 8th time or possibly more . I used to love this place for the good taste and quality of food but yesterday 4/28/23 I was so dissatisfied with quality of green pasta what was once creamy poblano sauce is now some type of cream with artificial food coloring to accomplish the green color . Wish I could have known of such change so I would have not spend $14 for each plate that included one leg thigh and pasta . I spent $55 just to throw it out . I called restaurant and did get an apology and they did admit that a change to ingredients was made . Again I’m speaking for the green Tallarines pasta not the chicken the chicken does remain delicious.

The only downsides were that one of our party members took a while to receive a plate and silverware and the staff refused to acknowledge that they served a drink with a cup that had a large crack in it. Ran my fingernail across the crack to verify and the server still didn’t want to go brink another cup.

Was pleasantly surprised by Pollo Bravo! This restaurant has great food and a great atmosphere. They have been fast and friendly with their service. They keep the restaurant very clean and presentable. I look forward to the next time we enjoy our lunch here.

I recommend my favorite which is the Camarones a la Bravo plate. It’s comes with a salad with goes hand in hand with the shrimp. It is absolutely delicious. I went in today, Mother’s Day, to obviously get my favorite dish and I was surprised by a gentleman who gifted me a rose. This place is modern with a bar, CLEAN -which is crucial, the staff is nice but most importantly the food is delicious. They have a permanent customer. Thank y’all for y’all’s service. Keep up the good work.
