Ordered delivery. Wanted 2 pizzas but a few sides of sauces. Had a feeling they would forget the sauces so made the order online and called to confirm our order. Well… the order was missing the sauces but we were still charged for them. My hubby caught the driver in time to ask him for the rest of the order and he said he would be right back. And he did come right back with all of the sauces. The bag that the sauces came in smelled strong of pot and the nacho cheese dips were still frozen… so tough to leave a poor review because you can always be assured that the pizza will taste amazing! Service and responsibility will always be questioned. Too bad 🙁 Really wish I. Pull leave a better review. Left a good tip regardless.

I have a dairy allergy, and Toppers is the best pizza spot for dairy free cheese that I’ve found. They use Follow your Heart for their dairy free cheese (my absolute favorite!), Follow your Heart dairy free ranch, and they have super yummy plant based chicken. I’m always nervous about going out to eat with my allergy, but their team has gone above and beyond for me to make sure my pizza is as dairy free as possible. I love this location. Everyone is always so nice. If you’re dairy free like me, and you miss cheese pizza dipped in ranch, you should definitely go here!

Just ordered for pick up. Drove from St. Paul to Falcon Heights to pick it up (it is the closest location to us and we are within their delivery zone). Got all the way home and realized they literally forgot to put a drop of sauce on one of the pizzas. Called and the first guy said they could remake it or give a refund for that one item. I said I’d like it remade because it’s our dinner, but then we will have to drive all the way back (30 minutes round trip) and the other food will get cold and that’s obviously a decent inconvenience to us for your mistake. He said they won’t deliver it despite their mistake because it wasn’t originally delivery. He also said they won’t discount anything else if the other items were made right. I said that doesn’t seem right. He said he’d talk to someone else to see if they could do anything more.

As far as the pizza and employees go I would definitely give it 5 ⭐️ I only give it a 4⭐️ because the parking is limited and the building needs some housekeeping a little bit. Overall really good experience.

The food was ready right when I got there. The pizza turned out perfect, the wings were decent and the breadsticks were also decent. The workers seemed friendly for the short interaction I had but they also seemed quite busy.

If I could give zero stars I would. The “owners” Jim and Suzanne tried to trick me into quitting because I witnessed horrific mismanagement of other employees. Order from ANYWHERE else, they do not care about food safety or otherwise. Currently reporting this franchise to ANY agency I can so that they cannot continue this disgusting treatment of employees.
