Naf Naf Grill is a nice place for a quick lunch bite. In my opinion the stuffed pita is your best bet. The pitas are made in house, fresh, warm and fluffy. The Chicken sharwma meat is really nice and goes well with all the accompaniments. You get to build your own meal so you only pick what you like. All the staff is super friendly and the place is kept very clean. Depending on the time you go, it’s nice and quiet.

I had a great experience at Naf Naf today. First of all i want to say that the staff is super welcoming and helping. We ordered (with the help of the lady helping me) a bowl of Falafel That comes with warm pita bread. There reason I mentioned warm is because they make fresh bread there.

So glad we decided to stop here. Never had Middle Eastern food. Do many flavors! Located outside Woodfield Mall in a strip center. Plenty of parking. You can dine in or carry out. You choose from a variety of items – chicken shawarma..steak or crispy chicken. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We started with the Falafel Balls with a few dipping sauces..Garlic and Tahini which were very good. We also had the Chicken Shawarma bowl with hummus..baba ganush ..shedded red cabbage..cucumber salad and Middle Eastern pickles. Wow…what flavor! Comes with a pita that is soft as a pillow..lol. if you are looking to be adventurous..this is the place to go!

extremely mid. not good. also, takes very long to order (for a fast food place). not enough workers i guess? the rice was dry, sauce was flavorless, and servings small for the price. the sides (vegetables) were mediocre. the falafel was pretty good, but that’s about it honestly.

Food is GREAT. The bowl is very tasty and totally mouthwatering. I was helped by a young employee— not sure, but I think her name was Theresa. I actually had a doordash order I was picking up but I wanted to customize my order by adding more/less of some ingredients in the bowl and she was being super picky. First she told me that I was okay to do that (I had called before coming in) and when I was telling her what I wanted she kept looking back at the receipt and double checking. Don’t get me wrong- I know extra bases are extra cost so I told her what base I had and that I was only looking to just make the bowl in person with the base I bought. For some reason she was giving me a really hard time. Bowl was good though! Naf fries were super oily and uncooked :/

I like ordering ahead and picking up from their shelf. They seem to have a problem with a food thief, but they’ve remade my order quickly both times it’s happened. Very friendly place, consistent quality.

1st time here..the only positive thing was the older woman who took my order..very kind and helpful..and the fresh pita bread. Unfortunately..food was not good..the chicken and steak were both hard and very dry..looked overcooked…and the rice was also dry and actually cold!..sauces were nothing special..and all over priced for the portion size. There are much better places for Medtr food. Will not be returning.
