The New port richey Florida location on state road 54 has to be the worst pizza hut in the United States!!!! Terrible service everytime there’s a issue they act like it’s your fault an your bothering them for being on their phones. Every time we get delivery half the food doesn’t show up an when it does its cold n hard as a brick. Hard to find good help we all know I would clean house and keep trying that’s not the team I would want representing my company! If I could give 0 stars for service I would.

Was just waiting at the drive-thru. 3 people seen me and no one came to the window, waited for quite a while. 1 person looked right at me and kept walking. They have a thing that goes off when someone comes up to the window. Now I’m looking for another pizza place to go to and spend my money.

Everything I ordered was delicious and I had no problems with the food however, I ordered through the app and the app told me my order was ready for pickup so I went through the pickup window and paid for my order, and then sat there for 15 minutes waiting for my food. This is the reason I’ve altered my rating to four stars from 5.

Changing my review… this store only has 2 drivers. Don’t bother ordering from here. It took 2 hours to receive my food last night. The food was cold and we spent $70! For cold food we ordered hours ago. I will never order from here or any other pizza hut ever again. We use to spend up to thousands of dollars a year in pizza. 2x a month at $70… plus the extra times we order for events. Yep. That’s a lot of money your store or any other will never see again.
