I did not go during an actual meal time so it was nice and quiet at the restaurant. Very clean. Quick service with a smile. Only did apps and drinks but the drink was AMAZING! It was a kiwi strawberry margarita type drink and it was the best! I would go back for just the drink! The apps were good but a little too greasy for me. Tasted great though and what I expected. Would go back and would recommend to anyone. Little pricey for apps and a drink but every once in a while is nice

Stopped in for dinner with my teammates. I had order the chicken & shrimp pasta. The food was cooked very well; the shrimp was seasoned to perfection, lots of pepper and grilled expertly. The service was EXCELLENT. Our waitress was Holly H and she was very polite and quick to serve. The restaurant was clean and well maintained. I would recommend this restaurant for a nice evening and a good bite!

Quality seems to have dropped over the last several years. We used to really love Outback, but the food quality has dropped from great to just acceptable. Same with the service. Steaks come out close to the right temp, but often slightly over done. They are a little tougher than they used to be. Flavor is not quite as bold as it used to be. Waiters are not quite as attentive as they used to be. Hostesses don’t immediately greet you as you come in. Nothing exactly unacceptable, but just not where it used to be. Not sure if it is related to the move to Florence, but that’s when things started going down.
