Im disappointed. The quality of the pizza was great. The customer service was great. The problem is with the idea that your getting a huge pizza with the Big Newyorker. Your not. Its a large pizza cut into 6 slices instead of 8. The commercial makes you think your getting a real Newyork pizza. Your not. Buy 2 little ceasars and get more pizza for the price of one.

I have ordered 3 different times and all 3 times my order was never delivered at the time I needed it delivered. Eufaula Alabama Pizza hut needs to do better and needs a better evening crew. Dinner time is at a certain time.

The pizza hut in Eufaula Al has the best team in all of Eufaula. Very nice, food is ALWAYS right and ready when they say. They made me three hot fresh pizzas faster than the sonic down the street made me a cherry limeade and grill cheese.

Ordered pizza to be deliver at 6:45 and it was delivered right on time. Checked the pizza tracker at 6:05 and it was out for delivery. Needless to say it was not warm by the time it got to my place. I also asked for it to be well done and it wasn’t. I’m not sure I would have brought that up if my pizza was warm though. Friendly delivery driver.

I used to go to Pizza Hut 4-5 times a week for either pizza and breadsticks or just breadsticks (for my picky 9 yr old). However, I wont be going back because their manager Justin is by far the most rudest person I’ve ever dealt with in my life. They messed up our order for pizza and instead of offering to replace it he wanted to give us HALF store credit. Are u kidding me? I told him I would not accept that so he reluctantly said I could bring the pizza back and get it replaced. Well after driving 15 miles back up there I get told that it looked like I had eaten half the pizza which I told him on the phone my starving 9 yr old daughter had grabbed two pieces of the pizza before I got a chance to see it was the wrong pizza. He kept making smart ellique remarks and said I was trying to get over on him and rip them off. However, if anyone was ripped off it was me, because I didnt get what I paid for the first time and had to drive 15 miles back to pizza hut and then 15 miles home to get what I should have gotten the first time spending unnecessary gas. Plus I was met with a freaking attitude instead of “I’m sorry for the inconvenience of having to get back out because we messed your order up”. I will not be goin back unless I know he’s not working because I refuse to go somewhere and pay my hard earned money on a store that doesn’t appreciate my business.

Pizza had no taste…. & I found that very odd for a meat lovers stuffed crust… I called to make the manager aware of my discontent in the matter in which he seemed to not be aware of what language I was speaking…. the lack of understanding understanding of the matter has completely deterred me from dining with this establishment in the future….
