If you like sitting in the drive thru for at least 15 minutes and still getting the wrong sandwich then this is the place for you. 4 times I have been to this location and it’s always so slow. If you have time go to the location on West Broadway, much faster and more accurate.

Ordered 2 sandwiches for delivery. After I was charged, I received a call and the location doesn’t have a driver to deliver so the order is being cancelled. AND I will have to wait 5-10 business days to receive the refund. Awesome.

Im a first time customer.. Frankly disappointed with my sandwich. Purchased a regular pepe #1 box meal with lettuce tomato and onion. I got the barest minimum of each on there…almost like “why even bother?” It’s not like you can see it being made since there is a partition, but it was super sad to see. I won’t be back. Waste of money. The restaurant was clean, pleasant music during my 15 minute wait to order and get sandwich. No receipt was provided at all…why? Side note on the menu board…I wear glasses and even with those on I had to wet close and squint as the font used isn’t easy to read. Employees were wearing masks and all very nice.

The food was terrible, it took so long to get it! 40 minutes for one sandwich !? It’s supposed to be fast, freaky fast! The service was terrible. Two of the counter women were so disrespectful and I even heard one say they had spat in my food! Never again!!!!! DONT EAT HERE. I will never bring my children here

They mess up our order every time, tonight my wife ordered 7 sandwiches at the drive through and brought them home. When she got and we all sat down to eat dinner we found out all 7 sandwiches were wrong. They seriously didn’t get a single sandwich right. At this point they have to be doing this on purpose.

I as was telling the guy my order , he yelled at me to hold on 3 times and I worked in the customer service for 18 year never have ever treated a customer like that!!! I called yesterday to order they told me that the driver had a emergency and had to go home so me and my sister ordered lunch the next day they said there was others delivery in front so it be a little bit what little did I know it was two hours later and still no food the sad thing is we unfortunately we had to leave we was trying to eat lunch before we had to go to a funeral
