Girl on the register took cash with gloves on then started grabbing bagels with out changing them. I quietly asked her to change them before i placed my order. I could have been obnoxious about it. Got the wrong bagel, was givien the right one and it wasn’t even wrapped up. Lost half the sandwich on the floor. At this point I just wanted my money back was told no. They don’t know how and the manager left. Which was a lie. He was still there and he didn’t even know how. When I mentioned the gloves to him he had said he addressed it yesterday, well sir it happened today. Unless you don’t mind the improper food handling never the lesa the 20 min wait for a bagel. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else

If you are looking for some bomb bagels, you’ve found the place! All of their bagels are delicious and do not disappoint. So what can make a bagel even better you ask… well it’s their cream cheese! They have a good variety and all of the ones we tried were delicious. My favorite was cucumber dill! Don’t pass this place up and remember to take some bagels and cream cheese home with you. You’ll be glad that you did.

I had never heard of this company. My coworker insisted we stop in, as she loves their bagels. There was plenty to choose from, everything is so affordable here. I highly recommend you give it a try.

This was my turkey club from this morning. We were the only people in the store. There were 4 employees in the working, We Waited 15 minutes for our food to be made and this is what I got for $10. And the other half of the sandwich didn’t even have anything on it. Needless to say I will not be returning. Big apple bagel do better!

Ordered bagel sandwiches and bagels were stale. BLT in particular lacked almost any Bacon on the sandwich. Small half broken slice of bacon found for a 7 dollar sandwich, called the business and employee who answered gave attitude because she had been the one that made it. Told us that what we got was the portion size they do. We explained that the sandwich didn’t come close to images online. Basically told us we were lying. Don’t recommend this place at all.

We live near Big Apple Bagel and every so often we think about getting breakfast there. EVERY TIME THEY MEAS UP OUR ORDER. It just happened this morning. I ordered a Breakfast BLT, got home with a plain bagel and plain cream cheese. I’m furious (hence the review). This happened to us about 3-4 weeks ago and I had to drive up there to have them fix our order. Some days, I just don’t want to drive back to get what I had ordered, and I shouldn’t have to! The joke at our house is “remind me never to go back there.” But every so often we think, “maybe it won’t be like last time.” But it is. Every time.

Good bagels, orders are correct 95% of the time. What I can’t figure out is why it still takes around 10-15 minutes to get my two bagel order when I’m the only person in the store? They aren’t even sandwiches or anything complicated. I also don’t love the vibes the manager gives off. He’s very rough and rude, and last time I was in he was verbally scolding one of his employees out in the open where customers could hear. There are lots of posters up about how they are hiring and how “Short Staffed is the New Pandemic”. I get that it’s a stressful time right now, but a positive attitude and good managerial skills can go a long way. Maybe you’d have more employees if you paid better?
