My husband and I came just got food here late on a Wednesday night and the people working there were so nice. After going to 2 McDonald’s that turned us away, it was very nice. Food was fresh, hot, and delicious.

Lady who runs the morning to early afternoon shift during the week is awesome. Other than that, forget about it. We placed a mobile order for two burritos, nachos and a taco tonight, a little before 1am. We were told it would be twenty minutes bc they were out of beef and to pull around. Call the store an hour later to be told to pull back around through the drive thru, which is like??? They had four plus cars in the drive thru at this point. Where is the communication between workers and management? Took us another thirty minutes to get back to the window. At which point our food is cold and my nachos were soggy and ruined. And to top it off, didn’t even give us one of our burritos after all that time. If this is how the night shift is being ran ya’ll may as well have closed at 1. Dude at the window gave us ten free taco coupons but that’s absolutely worthless when we came there for FOOD, not coupons. An hour and a half and we got cold inedible food and missing items, there’s no excuse. Corporate if ya’ll see this, you need to get these clowns working the night shift out of there. They give your company a bad name.

The night crew at roughly 9:00 seemed like they wanted to die. They got our order wrong several times then after they just switched around the bags ( of other people’s order) three or four times we just gave up and drove off with the wrong order. Tears in the window cashier’s eyes, what kind of place runs with people so downtrodden it reeks off of their employees in such short interaction so bad I never want to return. Treat your people better taco bell, these people obviously don’t care. You lost 3 customers today.

Bought food around 11pm. Came home, food wasn’t tasty at all. Had Mexican Pizza for first time, one bite is all I had, ugggh! They gave me the wrong burrito and charged me $1.33 more then what it should’ve been. I tried calling the store that night and several days following. I then went up there at 11:45 pm and they were already closed. Needless to say I never was able to get reinbursed for a $10 meal that I couldn’t even eat. Not sure why your phone is always busy, but it should be available vin case there are complaints! Not everyone can take a trip back to store right away, and they shouldn’t have to. But even when I did make an attempt to go back, toy closed 15 min. Earlier then when you close at 12am. Wish your hours were extended, but I guess you won’t extend them at this location. Love Kfc though! Kfc should stay open late as well! Atleast til 12 am with taco bell!
