Ridiculous customer service! Manger has and I don’t care attitude instead of try to rectify the problem! No answers the phone and when you can to the store everyone is in the back eating or playing but then tells you there’s a long wait to make the pizza that they said was already delivered but it never showed.

Garbage service. Zero customer service from every employee I have spoken with including a manager. Over an hour and half to get two medium pizzas delivered… On a Wednesday afternoon… Two miles down the street… Order placed 156p Tracker showed Quality check at 207p and I still haven’t received my delivery. When I called after being on hold over 15 minutes I was told it would be yet another 10-15 minutes at least for my delivery. UNACCEPTABLE

Apparently Robert the delivery driver thinks it’s okay to call customers Black N- words because he can’t properly read addresses. and the Manager is clearly okay with this occurring despite being black himself. My order was already late, I had the full address down and everything, I was waiting on the phone and everything outside, Robert was blaring his horn honking at me like I was an animal, called me all types of names, THREATENED ME not to deliver the food I clearly paid for because I wasn’t going to sit and tolerate his disrespect, called me all the names in the book including racial slurs.

Ordered pizza today, the pizza showed up after 1 hr with no sauce on it and 3 roasted bell peppers after paying for “extra”. Called the store 3 times with nobody offering any help and hanging up on me the last time. Waited for 1.5 hrs to speak to somebody from customer service with no response at all. I know why this specific store has such low rating now… horrible. 0 out of 10, would most definitely not recommend. Especially if you’re pregnant and have been excited for pizza all day, you will be in for disappointment. Shame that the staff and the customer service team is as subpar as they are. Surprised that this location is still open.

Absolutely believe all of the negative reviews. Pizza took over an hour to come and was missing items and was very COLD and dry like cardboard. Terrible ZERO stars. Definitely order from another location. They don’t know how to make pizza. Waste of money. Never had pizza from Dominos that tasted like this. When we called to complain, they had the nerve to ask us how many slices were missing! Absolutely the worst customer service and product I have ever had from Dominos. This location needs to lose their franchise and or be shut down. Pizza Hut next time.

My son ordered 30 dollars worth of food and never received his food. Then when you try and reach out to speak with a manager or anyone you can never get anyone.
