Normally this place is amazing. The young man that took my order on the phone was rather rude and lacked all customer service skills. The food was not hot. And the Mongolian beef had next to no beef it’s all onions and water chestnuts. The pineapple chicken fried rice had about five pieces of chicken. And the shrimp lo mein had about six pieces of the smallest shrimp possible. I’m very sad that I have to leave a one-star review. This used to be our favorite place to eat. I will never eat here again.

This isn’t our normal Asian go to takeout place but we wanted to try something different. We were pretty disappointed by the food. My go to order for takeout regardless of the place is typically general tso chicken. The chicken here was pretty cold when we got home (10 min drive). My wife’s meal had no real flavor and a ton of breading on the chicken. The brown rice just tasted like white rice with a bunch of soy sauce mixed in. We also ordered crab rangoons as an appetizer, there was barely any filling in them and they were dried out, tasted like they had been microwaved. We will probably just stick with our traditional spot (tastes much better). If you try here I hope you have a better experience.

I’ve only ever gotten take out from here but let me assure you. It’s the freshest, tastiest Chinese take out I’ve found in Charlotte, maybe anywhere. The portions are capacious. You can eat well and have plenty of leftovers for lunch the next day. I’m not a huge cruciferous veggie fan but I can’t stop eating the broccoli out of my husband’s beef and broccoli. The Singapore chow mei fun is fantastic, the egg rolls are always crunchy and delicious.

Order through beyond menu usually gives us coupons. Great service! Fast! DELICIOUS FOOD. Their steamed dumplings are to die for. Singapore mei fun delicious. Their general Tso’s is not one you can replicate or find somewhere else. So yummy!!

The food was just really really bad. The chicken wings had to refried (maybe more than once) in old oil, and were very dry. The rice had many grains that were raw. The crispy scallion chicken was also bad with very large chunks of chicken. We could not eat 90% of the wings. It was a waste of money.

Called in an order spoke to a man who was very nice when I went to pick up my order I was overcharged five dollars. The food that I ordered was nasty. The lady who was at the front checking people out was very rude I would never order from them again. When you have a small business, you should treat every customer that you have kindly. If it weren’t for us, he wouldn’t have a business.

$45 AND MY FOOD WAS WRONG! DONT COME HERE IF YOU WANT QUALITY! this place has really good food but they keep missing the mark. I ordered HOUSE egg foo young (pork shrimp and chicken) it has 1 shrimp and 1 piece of pork the rest is onion and egg (after I told them this same thing happened last time) I came here because they had great food but my last two experiences have been BAD. On top of that I ordered pork fried rice and chicken wings and got plain brown rice and drive alllllllll the way there for them to fix it and they only made me new rice as if the chicken wasn’t cold by the time I had to drive there after paying for delivery. I’m completely disparaged by this place

Rude as rude can be. They hang up on you and make you feel bad for ordering 30 minutes before close. The other one at least just closes early and says forget you, not interested in making money without verbally saying it. Would high recommend you avoid this nasty place.

Placed and order to be delivered and they were missing a meal. I called and was told they will call be back to see if they would deliver the food. The young lady was very rude and told me she will leave me on hold forever. My family and I have ordered food from them for many years but never again. If I could give zero stars I would.
